If your flight is early or subject to delays, we will track your flight's progress and send your driver at the new

expected time of arrival. The driver will monitor the arrival time of your flight or train and she/he will wait you.

Our driver will wait for you at the Airport on the arrival of your airplane

holding a card with your name printed on it.

We welcome advance payment by credit or debit card. Most major cards are accepted.

In our booking process you have the option of indicating if you have any special needs during your trip.On the basis of this information we adjust the type or number of vehicle.

During the booking process you have the option of adding seats for children to your application. You confirm this option in booking process and write how old is the children.

We takes the safety of its passengers very seriously and particularly that of children.

All bookings offered are for private transfers and only official cars authorised by local transport authorities are used. Your group will travel in a vehicle for exclusive use. This allows you to avoid queues, save waiting times for other passengers and enable you to go straight to your destination without stopping.

All lost property found in our Taxis is returned to our office. If you wish to have the item delivered then a taxi fare will be charged. However, any items found are kept in our office for four weeks and if they are not claimed then we hand them into Ljubljana Police Station.
